Start time: 5:30 pm

Pinot Noirs of the Okanagan

Theme:

The theme is an exploration of Pinot Noir – Phase 1: The Okanagan.

We want to taste several top-tier Okanagan Pinot Noirs and explore how they pair with various types of food. We will taste the wines semi-blind in that you will know ahead of time which wines we are tasting but not specifically which one is in each glass.

After the initial tasting and discussion, we will proceed to the food as we look for ideal pairings.
