Gourmet Private Dining Event

As a special treat, our group decided it was time to have someone else cook the food, serve the wines, and do clean up.  So, on October 29th we were picked up by an enormous, glitzy limo and transported over to Camas Restaurant in Lantzville where Chef Sarah had planned and prepared a special five-course, wine pairing dinner for us alone. 

After being warmly greeted, we were shown into the little private dining room with its chandelier and rose-covered wallpaper.  And then the feast began.  Sarah, chief waiter Daniel, and their staff did a superb job of looking after us, as course after delicious course, sourced from mainly local ingredients, arrived at the table.

Several hours later, eight very relaxed, happy diners clambered back into Leah's limo with the idea that we're all looking forward to doing it again next year!
