Rules of Engagement:

Cost

    $15 per person paid to the host to cover the cost of the wine. For example: 12 people (including the hosts) X $15 = $180 for wine.

Frequency of Gatherings

    6 hosted tastings per year (1 per couple) and 3 non-hosted wine events such as winery visits.

Quantity of Wine

    ~½ bottle per person

Quality of Wine

    Average Price ~ $30 per bottle with considerable variation to allow us to explore good values along with cellar selections.

Food

    Host’s discretion but the focus should remain the wine.
