Host's Wine suggestion: anything
South African Webmaster comments: A difficult meal to match, but South African wines are good value and all of the ones that I have tasted are good to very good. We particularly like the "Fleur de Cap" Chardonnay and the Roodeberg Red Blend, both readily available and inexpensive. To complement the curry in the entree, an alternative would be a North American Pinot Noir. |
